When you contact us by phone, text or email, or book an appointment through our online booking provider, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address and the reason for your visit. This website itself does not include a contact form and does not store personal data.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects anonymous usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Third-party services

Online booking is provided by AestheticsPro, financing by Cherry and maps by Google. Each has its own privacy policy, which applies when you use their services.

Medical information

Health information you share with us as a patient is protected under HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices, available at the clinic. We do not collect health information through this website.

Text messages

If you text us or opt in to text reminders, we will use your number only to communicate with you about your care and appointments. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
